Elements of Unarmed Combat

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

Custom build your own personal “system”:

Useful areas of training and study to find, train and develop the various “parts” -

To develop STRIKING:
Western BOXING
Savate
Muay Thai (Burmese Boxing)
Jiu Jitsu ATEMI
Old style KEMPO

To develop GRAPPLING:
Catch/Freestyle Wrestling
Greco-Roman Wrestling
JUDO
Sambo (Real SAMBO/SOMBO)
Brazilian Jujutsu

A comprehensive study of the above will provide methods applicable to ANY so-called “ranges” of combat.

They will also provide ALL “techniques” necessary -

Striking, punching, kicking, knees, elbows, headbutts, biting, gouging, ripping, clawing, crushing, joint breaking(from the neck to the ankles), throws, trips, take-downs, strangles, chokeholds, and other assorted “nasties”.

“Mixed Martial Arts”. BULL@#$!(sounds like a f@#$ing breakfast omelet or pancake mix). This is real Kill Or Get Killed UNARMED COMBAT, gaining the ability and knowledge to EXPLOIT any and ALL weaknesses of the enemy and to NEVER EVER be caught by “surprise”.

ADD to this the ability to USE REAL and EFFECTIVE WEAPONS and you have about the MOST comprehensive system possible.

Its not going to look pretty. It never does.

And NEVER forget HARD TOUGH and PRODUCTIVE physical training for speed, power, strength, endurance and TOUGHNESS. Get your self in the best physical condition possible. The better shape you are in, the more damage you can absorb. You will get hit, you will get hurt- how much is up to you.
Last, but not least: Get your MIND right, DO what HAS to be DONE when IT HAS TO BE DONE BEFORE you have to make the decision. Kill or BE KILLED. Screw the BULL*&^%. Leave the poetry writing for later. when it comes down to it, it’s just a matter of who is left.

Sweet Trap

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

Last week, I came across a voice chat room, which was full of impressive nicknames. From the beginning, I started to notice an Asian female because of her appealing voice and her interesting way of telling love stories. “It must be a very cute girl”, I thought.

She was a talent storyteller. I kept wondering how she could master almost everything about our male world as if she was a writer of Askmen.com, a men’s online magazine offering advices on dating, secrets of love, relationships and health. Dating tips and sex tips are perfectly transferred to her buddies.

After few minutes of listening to her lessons, I decided to chat with her individually. She was not as shy like a traditional Chinese as I supposed. She said that she lived in Boston and this prompted me to propose a date with her. However, before that, I asked her permission to see her face through the web cam. Black hair, big eyes, and a voluptuous body were what I imagined about her appearance at that moment.

“Why d’ya like to see my web cam?” she asked.
“’Cause I like to behold a star shining in the sky”
“But I am not so attractive as you are thinking of”, she laughed.
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I always believe in my senses which inform me that I’m talking with a beautiful lady”, once again I flirt with her, forgetting that she had just taught others some tips about dating.
“You’d better keep that good image in your mind”, answered she.

Finally, my endless wing words affected her and at the other end of the line, she laughed, approving to show me up. I was too eager to see an expected face.

My eyes were widely open. I could not believe in what I was watching. There was a smiling male face in the webcam. Beyond of my imagination, “she” was a very guy. Though shocked, I tried to think that she was joking. I wondered how a guy could talk in such a sweet voice. Being straight, he told me the truth. That was, he was using a software called Voice changer to disguise his voice.

Before we stopped, he did not forget to remind me not to tell others in the chat room about his identity.

Email-Automatic-Responder

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

What is a email automatic responder?

If you run an online business or send a large amount of e-mail periodically you may have found if being a very tedious task. Email automatic responders called “autoresponders” eliminate this task completely. Well almost :)

Email automatic responders allow you to followup automatically with any prospect or lead automatically. This is very important if you offer a free discount, information or gift as a subscriber bonus. From here you are able to capitalize on the potential of your email automatic responder or autoresponder in the form of followup automation.

You can write a pre written e-mail series that automatically mails each customer or lead capture on an automated basis. As you can see this saves tons of time in planning. And more importantly, giving you exta time to plan or research other important strategies for your business.

Another great feature most email automatic responders offer are broadcasts. This is very important for a business to utilize. Broadcasts e-mail your whole database of subscribers with one click. This is very helpful if you run a bi weekly or monthly newsletter so that you can keep all subscribers in one area as opposed to opening another e-mail account elsewhere.

Two key elements that you should be looking for in a email automatic responder are…

1. double optin capability
2. email deliverability

the email automatic responder is use is called “Emailaces” which can be found in my signature…

The great concept of using double optin lead caputer is simple. Won’t get in trouble or spamming! If people double optin to your autoresponder they have no right to complain about e-mail and they can quickly and easily unsubscribe anytime the like. Another good feature is that you don’t want people who are not excited about your offer. If they were excited when they signed up, they will be excited when wait for the double optin confirmation email. If they never double optin that means they didn’t care much for the offer and unlikely would never have purchased anything from you anyway. You want to deal with excited and enthusiastic prospects who are looking for the edge your product or service will give them.

E-mail deliverability! If your e-mails or more importantly your double optin confirmation e-mail is not getting through you have a serious problem. That is why you don’t join just any email automatic responder as they are not equally effective. Make sure that you have a guarantee that a certain percentage of your e-mails are being delivered. If your email automatic responder provider has no clue, its better to look elsewhere.

I hope this article helps you decide on a good email automatic responder to use with your personal or marketing efforts!

To Personalize Or Not To…That is the Question

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

If you are really interested in conducting a successful, effective email campaign, you need to personalize your messages.

One solution is Mail It Safe, a new email messaging solution that sends confidential, critical email with automatic personalization (the recipients first name). Secondarily, Mail It Safe also tracks your emails, with real-time reporting of when your email was opened, how long it was read, as well as any attachments.

You can only use it for a maximum of 50 email addresses, a spam precaution.

The other solution to automatic personalization is to use an autoresponder. A good one is: isoresponder.com, you can review
at: http://www.ad-alyzer.com/727/737813459265

But don’t overdo it…as with anything, you can overdo a good thing and it will bite you in the butt :o)

If you have opt in subscribers, many times they either don’t give you their first name in the signup form or email link, or a fictitious one. So instead of your email message looking like:

Hi Bob,

It might look like, “Hi Reader” or “Hi Prospect”

Another point is to not put the first name in subject line. It looks too phony and hypy. Especially if you say, “Hi Bob” in the subject line, they will think its from family or friends and will be angry when they find out its not.

Use personalization, but be careful.

Dan Farrell is the publisher of “Effective Email Marketing…Do’s & Don’ts”. You can get a free copy
with a free Mail It Safe Trial.

For a limited time, Dan is offering a free trial of Mail It Safe! This software sends secure, encrypted email with real time tracking. Know if and how long your email was read.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Form

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

A chapter 7-bankruptcy case starts with the debtor filing a two-page petition with the bankruptcy court. Statement of financial affairs with schedules of assets and liabilities, current income and expenditures, unexpired leases and contracts must be attached with the petition. There are several forms that must be attached with petition papers. One has to follow the local and federal bankruptcy court rules in completing the forms. These forms must be submitted within 15 days.

The official forms are not available from the court. They may be purchased at legal stationery stores or downloaded from http://www.uscourts.gov/bkforms/index.html.

Preparing these complex forms requires an understanding of both bankruptcy law and local state law. The forms have to be typed and an assigned number of copies must be included with the filing. Today, there are many software solutions to prepare these forms. A bankruptcy software program uses modern database technology and guides the user through a straightforward entry program to easily create, print, edit and reprint bankruptcy forms.

A list of all creditors and information of their claims; the information about the debtor’s income; a list of all of the debtor’s property and monthly living expenses, i.e., food, clothing, taxes, transportation, medicine, etc. are required to complete the official bankruptcy forms that makes up the petition. In cases of married individuals he/she must gather above information for their spouse even if they are filing a joint petition, separate individual petitions or single petition. Also, the income and expenses of the non-filing spouse is required to evaluate the household’s financial position.

The forms also ask information about “exempt” property. The exempt property is the property that the law allows the debtor to keep through the bankruptcy process. Most of the time courts let the debtor keep some equity in home, clothing, household furnishings, unspent Social Security payments and other necessities such as a car and tools of trade.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy provides detailed information about chapter 7 bankruptcy, chapter 7 bankruptcy law, filing chapter 7 bankruptcy, chapter 7 bankruptcy form and more. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is the sister site of Roth IRA Contributions.

Goal Setting; Part IV

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

I trust you completed your assignment. Do you feel like you have a better understanding of the tremendous benefits of goal setting, why most people are afraid to set goals and some of the important things to consider when setting them?

There is still a lot to be done so let’s get going!

When we think of goals and goal setting people tend to think of career, money or some other material desire. The truth is that we can and should set goals for the different areas of our life. These include the spiritual, psychological, physical, relational, vocational, financial and recreational. Ultimately, your success is determined by how balanced your life is between these different areas. I know though, that because of our values, each of us will place a significantly different emphasis on each of these areas.

In this lesson we will discuss values. You must understand the values you live by before you can set goals successfully. This requires that you invest the time and effort to discover who you really are, what you stand for and what you believe in. As Sacrotes said “The unexamined life is not worth living”. People who are clear on these things go on to enjoy great levels of success.

Imagine dreaming about a vacation, taking it and having a miserable time. You wanted to be in a place that offered privacy and solitude. You ended up in a cabin in the mountains-peaceful and serene but what you really wanted was to be on the water by a quiet lake or remote beach. The same thing can happen if the goals and objectives in our lives are not based on sound values. The outcome, however impressive could leave us dissatisfied and empty. Far too many people spend many years toiling painstakingly to climb the ladder of success only to get there and ask “ Is this all there is?” Because they were not clear on their values they ended achieving goals that left them totally unfulfilled.

Your values are your most fundamental beliefs. As within, so without. Actions incongruent with your core beliefs will leave you negative, unhappy and unsatisfied. Clarify them and you will create a solid framework upon which you can build your personal & professional life as well as all the other important aspects of your life.
Consider the following:

1. What are the four most important things in your life?

a.

b.

c.

d.

2. If you won five million dollars right now, tax free and time and money were not an issue for you, what would you do with the money?

3. What would you do and how would you spend your time if you discovered you only had six months to live?

4. What gives you the best feelings about your self? Look back over your life. What gave you the greatest feelings of importance, significance and uniqueness?

Now that you have read through the above questions, devote some time to answer them thoughtfully. Your success doe not lie in simply reading this lesson but in completing the exercise. Once finished check to make sure that the goals you set are congruent with your values.

Fiddle Tab Makes Learning Fiddle Fast and Easy

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

Learning fiddle tab is so intuitive and so easy that a student picks it up in five minutes. This is true even for five-year-olds.

Before starting this examination of fiddle tab, let’s recall what standard musical notation looks like. The familiar dot-shaped notes on or between the five lines of the musical staff represent exact pitches of musical notes.

The dots show the pitch. Sharp signs or flat signs influence that pitch. The clef sign also has an effect.

Rhythm symbols that show the relative duration of the notes. Other musical terminology, often Italian, indicates the speed of the rhythm. Allegro con brio, for example, means “lively, with enthusiasm.”

Musical notation tells nothing about how to play the music on any given musical instrument. It is designed to be used with all musical instruments.

Fiddle tab, on the other hand, tells exactly what string to play and what finger to use. It’s intuitive and easy to learn.

But it shows the information in a form that only fiddle players can use. It is not universal. Because it is so focused, it is simpler.

On the fiddle tab staff each space represents a string. The top space represents the E-string, the next one, the A-string–and so on.

If you placed a violin with its side, with the neck extending to the left of the body, you would see the strings in exactly the same relationship. If you then reached both hands to pick up the violin, with your left hand under the neck, you would be in position to finger the strings the normal way.

Numbers indicate what finger to use. The number 1 is the first finger–the pointing finger, 2 is the middle finger, 3 the ring finger and 4 the pinkie. An 0 means use no finger. Leave the string open.

The only question remaining is placement of the fingers. We begin with the placement that would produce a major scale. This is the most common tradition in Western music. It’s common to all the melody instruments that I’m aware of, and to singing as well.

All music teachers start with this basic instruction: the do-re-mi of music. These first three notes of the scale are found in countless children’s songs: Are You Sleeping, Brother John?, Row, Row, Row your Boat, and, in the inverse order, Hot Cross Buns, Mary Had a Little Lamb, London Bridge is Falling Down, Three Blind Mice.

That sound, and the relationship of the fingers that produce that sound, underlies fiddle tablature, as I teach it. Any variation from that finger placement will be indicated by the letter L or H. These letters guide the student to place the finger lower or higher than usual.

Rhythm indication in fiddle tab is similar to musical notation, but simplified.

A simple line under a number is called a stem, just as in music notation. It shows the same thing, one beat of rhythm. Two numbers that have stems joined by another line (called a “beam” in music notation) would be played in one beat.

The development of standard musical notation in Western music was a great achievement. It led to the richly complex beauty, power and mystery of great music.

Learning this system is no easy matter. In Europe, a hundred years ago, kids going into music learned to sing solfeggio. This meant translating musical notation into do-re-mi.

In current practice, the difficulty of learning to read music is overcome by fingering notation over the particular note. This is true for keyboard, violin, or brass and woodwinds. Numbers over certain notes aid the student in translating the symbolism of the notational pitch into physical actions.

The American Suzuki Method also uses finger notations over every note. The student has only to intuit when to change string. In this respect it differs not at all from classical violin pedagogy.

In the method that I use, which we may call the fiddle tab method, I show the student tab charts after the initial stage of learning to play a scale. I have never had a student fail to learn how to read tab charts in one lesson. It is intuitive, natural and easy.

Making the transition to reading music later has, likewise, been no great challenge. Some students simply begin Suzuki Violin Book One, with its easy pieces. They quickly learn to read.

Students who prefer fiddling can use Beginning Old-Time Fiddle, by Alan Kaufman. It has both fiddle tab and musical notation. It’s an excellent resource for the transition from tab to music notation.

For more information about learning how to play fiddle using tab charts, set your web browser to Learn to Play Fiddle. You will find an abundance of information and free tab charts.

Buying Diamonds: 6 Handy Tips on Choosing the Right Diamond

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

1. I can’t help myself but to keep on emphasizing this to anyone who wants to buy a diamond online: LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT DIAMONDS! Sorry, I don’t mean to shout. But in reality, many people are still very ignorant about diamond, believe it a not, there are jewelers who are unable to differentiate a diamond cut from a diamond shape. Everyone is so hyped up about the carat weight and has totally forgotten about the other 3 characteristics of a diamond.

Still unconvinced? Here’s another great reason to start learning about diamonds. Remember this saying: “Diamonds are women’s best friend.”? You want to win your girl’s heart with her ‘best friend’s’ help and yet you do not know anything about a diamond? You might even get yourself scammed before you even present the stone to her.

Anyway you aren’t trying to get a qualification in gemology, so it won’t take you years or months to learn something about diamond. There are plenty of articles and information on the 4C of a diamond. Spend some useful time in the library or internet and learn about diamonds. Who knows, you may become an expert in diamonds.

2. Prioritize the 4 characteristics. There are much more about diamonds than just the 4C. But at the end of the day, the 4Cs are still the major factors influencing the quality and price of a diamond.

Before you start prioritizing the 4Cs, you got to know what your girl actually likes about a diamond. If she like big one, go for a diamond with big carat weight but with poorer quality in terms of color, cut or clarity. If she likes the brilliance of a diamond and doesn’t mind the size, choose one with excellent cut and clarity. Whichever the case is, prioritizing the 4Cs will give you a better idea of what diamonds will suit her taste as well as your budget.

3. With your list, do some price research at the jewelry retail stores. Based on your list, the dealers should be able to give you a rough estimate on the market price. If the price is out of your budget, try to go for a grade lower than your expectation and you may eventually find one that suits you well.

Another alternative is to purchase online jewelry stores. Online jewelry stores make use of technologies to cut down on expenses and hence they are able to offer you much competitive prices, about 30% lower than average US retail price. The top online jewelry stores often have excellent search engine to save you the time and trouble of searching and comparing diamonds prices.

4. Whether you are buying diamond offline or online, being comfortable with the dealer is very important. If you found online jewelry stores or retail stores with great prices and feel tempted to take out your card and start buying anything, cool down first.

If you have been doing researching, you would have come across information on cubic zirconium diamonds. These synthetic diamonds are D-color graded, flawless and cut to perfection. In short, a CZ diamond is a ‘perfect’ diamond. It is brilliant, flawless and yet cheap. Their prices do not increase exponentially with their quality unlike diamonds.

There are also some natural diamonds which have undergone treatments to reduce its blemishes thus enhanced its appearance. It is still a low grade diamond but dishonest dealers may try to pass it off as a good graded diamond and sell you at a higher price.

Before you start swiping your hard-earned money away, do some research about the jeweler as well. Ask your family, relatives or friend who have purchased from the dealer. Online forum is a good place to ask around and there are plenty of sites that review on jewelry store online. Give the jewelry store a visit or call their hotline, talk to their staffs and decide for yourself if you are comfortable with the store.

5. Always remember to ask for a money back guarantee. Especially if you are intending to buy online, be doubly sure the store has the complete details about their return policy, which should include information about the validity period, what to do if you wish to return your purchase and their address. As a rule of thumb, online stores should offer you no less than 21 days return policy. In fact, most of them have a return policy of 30 days.

6. Remember to ask about the grading report as well. Certified diamond should come along with a grading report by reputable gemology organizations such as GIA or AGS. Some dealers certified their diamond by in-house gemologists and they may be using different grading standards from GIA or AGS. After you have purchase your diamond, get it appraised again with the grading report by a trained gemologist.

Settling Your Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Yourself

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

Handling a property damage and/or personal injury (motor vehicle) claim yourself is a simple and routine procedure for ordinary individuals to process on their own ! The vast majority of motor vehicle accident claims require no specialized expertise which allows one to successfully settle it.

There are five characteristics found which makes them easy for one to undertake without handing their case to a lawyer:

#1. The vast majority of them are “Ordinary” in character.

#2. By and large they don’t involve serious injuries.

#3. More often than not (in comparison to the 10 to 15 percent that do) their are relatively low financial stakes and also minor economic losses involved.

#4. They’re processed by the insurance company (who will ultimately be responsible for a payment to be made) in a highly routine, assembly-line format.

#5. Both parties are ordinary citizens (rather than institutions) and demand no specific expertise to undertake.

There are thousands of laypersons who are under the impression that when they gave their case to a lawyer that the large “Contingency Fee” which the attorney will eventually take is in exchange for a guarantee of SKILLED and PROFESSIONAL representation. Too often they suddenly learn differently (but by then it’s to late) because by the time that realization arrives they’ve already been taken to the cleaners!

Most of us believe that lawyers have passed rigorous examination, so we assume that when it comes to the proper execution of legal documents and knowledge of the law, that surely they know what they’re doing. But, “How To” properly handle and investigate a client’s motor vehicle accident case, is not a skill learned in law school. Most lawyers don’t have it - - nor do they take the time to develop them.

It’s not for his great knowledge of the law, or his great expertise in courtroom skills, that an attorney can be effective in securing for his client the best possible settlement in their motor vehicle accident cases. Rather it’s possessing the skills and ability to make patient, painstaking investigations, to gather information and document a claim. But, here’s the problem: The vast majority of lawyers lack those essential attributes so as to position themselves to correctly process a clients motor vehicle accident claim.

QUESTION: “How can Dan Baldyga be so sure about what he’s written regarding the above?” ANSWER: “Because Dan was an Insurance Claims Adjuster, Supervisor, Manager and Trial Assistant. He observed all of that come to pass - - for over 35 years!”

FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE SUBJECT OF LEGAL FEES: The Rand Corporation for Civil Justice in Santa Monica, California found that accident victims who filed claims in Federal and State courts in the United States were awarded $21 to $25 billion of the $29 to $36 billion in total national expenditure made on all tort lawsuits in 1985. (Just imagine how much that figure has increased , over the many years, since then!).

HOWEVER - - AND USING THOSE SAME STATISTICS - - THE FOLLOWING WAS ALSO TRUE: After deducting the lawyer’s fees on all tort lawsuits in that same year, the victims wound up going home with a “Net” compensation of approximately $14 to $15 billion. These figures proved that the injured party received 56% of that figure, while the “Litigation System” got the rest = 44%! (The combined lawyers fees alone constitute a whopping $11 to $13 billion dollars of the amount paid!)

So, you may ask: Does the average claimant need a lawyer (who more often than not knows little or nothing about “How To” settle a (motor vehicle ) accident claim)? The answer is: No, they don‘t!

WHY? Because rather than resisting a payment the adjuster only wants the claim to be supported by documentation. Proof that will provide him and his superiors, in the Home Office (via the evidence of value received) which has been nailed down with Medical Bills, Lost Wage Letters, and similar documents. You don’t need a lawyer to obtain these for you because you can get these yourself. So, don’t believe the legal fraternity’s typical mumbo-jumbo con-job regarding, “My expertise when dealing with the Insurance Company”.

And why not you may ask? The answer to that one is very simple: Because when presented with these the adjuster will become a willing buyer, whether your have a lawyer representing you or not!

All of information necessary for you to deal with and handle the above issues are spelled out within the contents of Dan Baldyga’s third “How To” Insurance Claim Book AUTO ACCIDENT PERSONAL INJURY INSURANCE CLAIM (How To Evaluate And Settle Your Loss) found on the internet at http://www.caraccidentclaims.com OR http://www.autoacccidentclaims.com.
