Bankruptcy is a trying time and one that can cause emotional and economical strain. At such times, when one needs the support of personal loan the most, it can be difficult to find them. But do not despair, as help is available through lenders who can provide financial support during these times of difficulty. Here is what you will need to obtain personal loans after bankruptcy.
Credit information
While few lenders do offer support through personal loans in times of bankruptcy, each lender has their own set of criteria. These criteria are mainly based on the credit scores of the borrower. In order to obtain a personal loan from a particular lender, the borrower needs to meet the minimum credit score set by the lender.
Security
Security or collateral is the second aspect that most lenders consider before approving a loan in cases of bankruptcy. If you have sufficient collateral in the form of property or a car to offer, it will be much easier for you to obtain a loan. On the other hand if the collateral is not sufficient, you pose a risk to lenders and the chances of obtaining a loan will be greatly reduced. Even if you do obtain a loan the chances are that interest rates will be higher. Also get secured loan in UK through us.
Levels of debt
If you have too much debt that needs to be paid off you again pose a threat to lenders. This is because too much existing debt makes lenders unsure of whether borrowers will be able to pay off the loan. Therefore before you apply for a loan, ensure that you meet the minimum debt to income ratio that has been set by them.
Types of loans
Various kinds of personal loans, under different names and with differing options are available. The most common of these is payday loans that are guaranteed by the next paycheck of the debtor. These are good for solving immediate crisis situations but are not suitable if large sums of money are required. Various firms also offer unsecured loans that do not need collateral as security. Secured loans can also be opted for if the borrower has an asset to secure the loan against.
When opting for a personal loan after bankruptcy it becomes all the more important for the borrower to do their homework well. It is of extreme importance to compare various lenders and loan options before making an application. However moneyeverything.com can help with everything related to bankruptcy and personal loans. Besides providing an excellent comparison service, the site can also offer advice to improve credit ratings and in finding the right loan for you.

Surveys shows 50 percent of cardholders don’t pay their bills in full or on time. More than 40 percent of cardholders say they don’t know the interest rate on their cards. Suppose you carry a $1000 balance from month to month. That costs you $180 in interest a yearif you have a credit card with no annual fee and an 18 percent interest rate. But many credit cards do have annual fees, especially the gold cards with the enticing travel rewards. You’ll be astounded at what you pay once you factor in the fees.
You’re fooling yourself when you slice and dice your debt onto several credit cards. Better to have everything in one credit card, so you know exactly what you owe. You’ll have an easier time monitoring your indebtedness and not letting it get out of control.
Here are some signs of credit card trouble:
- You’re making only the minimum payments on your accounts.
- You’re missing payments or due dates.
- You’re near the credit limit on most of your cards.
- You’re borrowing from one card to pay another.
- You don’t know how much you owe.
- You worry a lot about money.
- You use credit cards to meet your weekly or monthly living expenses.
- You transfer balances from one low-rate card to another every few months, just before the introductory offer expires.
It’s time to address your financial problems if you recognize some of these patterns in your own life. Here’s a six-step program to help you get out of the trouble.
- Be honest with yourself. Do a complete analysis of all your debts, the interest rates and terms.
- Decide how much money you can use to pay off debt each month.
- If there is a shortfall, consider getting a consolidation loan or line of credit at a lower rate.
- Consider selling investments to pay off high-rate debt. If you own a house, bump up your mortgage at renewal time.
- Pay the minimum amount on each card. Use what’s left to pay off the card with the highest rate.
- Don’t use the cards any more. Cut them up or put them into a box.
Buying everything with cash, cheques or no-overdraft debit cards forces you to confront the fact you can’t afford something. With a credit card, you can always afford it.

The natural antioxidants in Oat Bran can significantly reduce blood cholesterol levels by suppressing the adhesive molecules which make blood cells stick to artery walls, researchers reported.
When blood cells stick to artery walls and cause inflammation, plaque deposits build up and narrow the passageways through which blood flows. But the Oat Bran antioxidants (known as avenanthramides) can suppress this plaque, and in turn they reduce the gradual constriction of vessels that leads to hardening of the arteries.
The study was conducted by nutritionist Mohsen Meydani and fellow scientists at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging (HNRCA) at Tufts University in Boston. The research was funded by the Agricultural Research Service, part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Meydani found that the ability of blood cells to stick to arterial wall cells was significantly reduced.
“Adding Oat Bran products as part of an overall healthy diet and cutting down on high-fat, high-cholesterol foods are important to gaining these benefits,” said Meydani. His team filed a patent on the function of avenanthramides present in Oat Bran, based on their anti-inflammatory and antiatherogenic effects. The study was reported in the June issue of USDA’s Agricultural Research magazine.

Want to know a clever way to instantly supercharge your sales
letters? One that most of your competition doesn’t even have a
clue about or are just to lazy to implement. What would that
mean to you? Perhaps a small fortune, or even a big one! Well,
in the next few moments as you follow what I’m saying… you’re
about to discover exciting possibilities for you and your
business as you read this article.
Today, I’m revealing a proven way to potentially triple the
response of your sales letters. In fact, this very technique
called “Mind-Reading” may enable you to eclipse your
competitors, close more market share, and make you far more
money than you can imagine. Let me explain.
Your prospects are going to have questions about you, and your
products or services. And if you can answer their questions in
the manner they were going to ask them and present it to them in
a format resembling their thinking processes - you’re sales
letter’s potential for success increases many times over!
When you ask the questions your prospects will want answers to
in a way that mirrors their thinking patterns, you can develop
an almost “intuitive link” with them.
What do I mean by that? If you discovered who your prospects
were, what kind of people they are, and how they think, and then
asked the questions they ask, you’ll develop an incredible
rapport and trust with them. And be able to tell your prospects
exactly what they wanted to hear to make them whip out their
credit cards and buy. In fact, you’ll be able to deal a knockout
blow to your competition by having keen insight on this
knowledge. Here’s a good example that comes to mind…
In politics, many politicians poll for data to uncover the hot
buttons that’ll cause the masses to support them. Especially in
the area of trying to weasel out of a looming scandal, they’ll
have political PR specialists do focus groups and poll for data
that’ll best give a troubled politician a workable strategy to
get out of a dilemma.
And often, those politicians will create themes and slogans
(even if they don’t believe in them) that connect with their
constituents on an emotional level. People will feel like that
politician is concerned about them and understands them, whether
it’s true or not.
How does this apply to you and your business? Do this… create
a survey that asks what questions your prospect list will have.
Find out exactly why your prospects do business with you. Ask
why your prospects do business with you and not your
competition. Ask what changes your prospects want from you. And
find out what your prospects want you to emphasize in your
products or services. You could go on and on for your particular
situation. Once you have your survey created, contact your
prospect list and give them an incentive for answering your
survey. Something like a free ebook, a discount, a free report,
or a free product. Use your imagination.
Keep in mind that as you create your survey you also want to
discover what kind of lifestyle your prospects have. Such as
what kind of books they read, what kind of car they drive, their
philosophies on life, and so on. Now, don’t make your survey
intimidating. Make it a fast and enjoyable experience for
greater results.
And once you do this… apply the information you’ve gathered
and reformat your sales letters, and the appearance of your
sales letters and websites, to mirror the tastes of your
prospects. Result? Your prospects will feel that you understand
them. They’ll feel much more inclined to trust you and believe
what you tell them. And once you do that… you’ll not only
experience a windfall of money and profits, you’ll also want to
put your sales letter in a plaque and hang it up above your TV.
Bottom line: Build an almost intuitive link with your prospects
by surveying them to discover what triggers them to buy from
you. And discover what kind of people you’re dealing with. Use
that knowledge and infuse it into your sales letters. You’ll
make people feel like you know them, that you understand them.
Now watch out! You’ll be astonished at the tremendous results!
Even if your competition has a fantastic copywriter, you’re
sales letter has more statistical probability of eating your
competition alive.
Why? Because, everything else… is just guessing!

Try doing a web search on the words “fishing lodge” and you will come up with hundreds of thousands of matches. Visit any major sports show and you’ll find dozens of outfitters, each offering promises of the trip of a lifetime. How on earth do you narrow it down and find the fishing destination that’s just right for you?
Identify Your Priorities for you fishing trip…
The first step in selecting a destination is to sit down with everyone else going on the trip and discuss what it is that you want out of the experience. It’s not enough to decide you want great fishing, because that can mean very different things from one person to the next.
One person in your party might be delighted to catch 20 fish per day, while another might expect 20 fish an hour. This is the time to be perfectly clear and up-front, because the more honestly you communicate your wishes, the better the chances you will have a great trip.
Some important things to decide right from the beginning include:
What species of fish do you want to catch?
This sounds like a no-brainer, but it definitely needs to be discussed. If one member of your party really wants to catch lake trout and the resort you pick has lousy fishing for them, that person will be very disappointed. If the place you pick has fishing for multiple species, you should decide how much time and effort you want to apply to each. What matters most, and what matters least? Do you want to catch walleye, northern pike, bass, char?
Do you want lots of action? Or trophy fish?
Does great fishing mean catching a fish on every cast? Or would you go all day for one bite, provided that fish was a giant? Of course we would all like fast action with trophy fish, but it’s important to keep your expectations realistic. So between the two, which is most important? And what honestly constitutes a big fish for you? Would a 20-pound salmon make you smile? Or would it have to be a 50?
How are the fish caught?
Can you sight-fish? Or is it primarily deep trolling? Imagine how disappointing it would be to spend all winter watching people on TV fishing shows hammer big pike on topwaters, then find on your trip of a lifetime the only way to catch them is by deep trolling in 60 feet of water?
What is your realistic budget?
Let’s face it; money is a deciding factor for all of us. You need to be honest about what you’re prepared to spend, and also how you want to spend it. If you have $1,000 to blow on a trip, do you want a week at Lodge A, or three days at Lodge B which might offer more upscale accommodations or a better shot at a trophy fish?
Once you have decided exactly what kinds of fish you want to catch and how you want to catch them, you need to discuss the accommodations.
In order to get the kind of fishing your group wants, are you willing to rough it in a tent camp where you have to prepare your own food, or is a certain amount of creature comfort also a priority?
How important is a hot shower at the end of the day, or having someone else deal with the cooking and cleaning up? Can you live without a flush toilet? Would you rather bring your own boat?
Again, it’s important to be honest and realistic right up front.
Once you’ve established clear priorities for the fishing and the accommodations and set a rough budget, it’s time to start looking at what different lodges have to offer.
The species of fish you want to catch, the amount of time you want to be away and the amount of cash you have to spend should help focus your search to a general geographic area, while the priorities your group collectively identified should allow you to narrow your search within that geographic area fairly quickly. It’s everyone’s fishing trip … so plan it well.
Now, it’s a matter of contacting fishing lodge operators within that region, and seeing what they have to offer.
Call The Government
State or provincial tourism departments are the best way to find fishing lodges within specific areas. If you’ve decided your group wants to go to Alaska to fish for salmon and steelhead, then start with a call to the Alaska department of tourism. They can send you all sorts of information on outfitters, general fishing information, plus stuff on license requirements, fishing regulations and such.
Selecting the right fishing trip destination is probably the single most important aspect of planning your fishing trip. Well, choosing the right fishing buddies is pretty important, also.

Choosing the right net service provider is no easy task. Because the internet is such a popular tool to be used, there are many various choices out there. Although they would all like you to think that they offer you the very best option on the web, the truth is that they probably don’t know what you particularly need. So, here are some things that you should consider when choosing one net service provider over the other.
• Cost. When most people are considering one service provider over the next, they tend to focus their attention on the cost of it. While there are some very inexpensive options out there, there is usually a reason why they are so inexpensive. And, other programs may offer that same amount of service for the same price anyone. You will want to consider why the price is what it is before you choose one provider over the next. One way to lower your cost is to use a service provider that gives discounts for an annual payment as opposed to monthly payments. This can give you several months for ‘free’ as well.
• How much time the company offers you is also important. For many, there are unlimited amounts of monthly time that can be purchased. For anyone that is on the web for a good amount of time, this tends to be the best way to go.
• Space. One of the main things you should think about is the amount of space that the provider provides for you. This would be in mail box space as well as in space for your own webpage.
• Dependability is also important. Can you count on the provider to be there when you need them to be or will they be ‘done’ for extended time periods?
Overall, you will want to choose the company that can provide for you the very best service and the best price for it. The combination of excellent features is also helpful. You will see that there are more and more features being offered each year to various memberships. Stay up to date on this and you are sure to have the best net service provide available.

Being able to de-escalate one’s own and the anger of others is an important skill to have in business. Hopefully, this is not something the reader deals with on a regular basis but unfortunately most people in business encounter either their own anger or the anger of others more frequently than they would like.
In order to be successful at de-escalating anger, a person must understand and become skillful in the following areas.
Prevention Steps:
1. Recognize that anger is a choice of a wide range of behaviors that could be used to get what one needs in a situation. It is a behavior that has benefit for its user. Anger can get people the attention they need, help them escape things they don’t want to do, help them gain control over another person or situation, or pump them up when they are feeling small and insignificant.
2. The person interacting with the angry person must identify his or her own emotion at any given point in time. If the helping person is also experiencing anger, then that person will not be very effective assisting others to manage theirs.
3. When potential interventionists are experiencing anger, they must be able to change what they are doing or thinking to get their emotions under control or seek the assistance they will need to manage the situation.
4. Perform a quick self-assessment. A potential helper must ask the following questions. Can I avoid criticizing and finding fault with the angry person? Can I avoid being judgmental? Can I keep from trying to control the other person into doing something he or she doesn’t want to do? Can I keep myself removed from the conflict? Can I believe that the people using anger have the right to make decisions and choices about how they meet their needs and that they have within them the ability to make those decisions? Can I try to see the situation from the angry person’s point of view and understand what need or needs he or she is trying to satisfy? And finally, can I remember that my job is to place the healing of relationships as my primary concern?
If the listener can’t answer these questions in the affirmative, then he or she will need assistance in managing the person who is expressing anger.
5. Recognize early warning signs. Many incidents of anger could be prevented if those who are around a person about to become angry notice the subtle change in the person’s behavior. Quiet people may become agitated; while louder, more outgoing people generally become quiet and introspective. Paying attention to these subtle changes and simply commenting on the change could help the individual talk about things so he or she wouldn’t have to become angry.
Prevention goes a long way. However, there still will be times when you don’t notice the early warning signs or when your first encounter with the person occurs when they are already in an angry state.
Also, it’s possible that you will do everything right in this prevention phase and angry people will still choose anger as their best chance for getting what they want. When any of these situations occur, the listener will need to employ one or all of the five de-escalation skills.
Intervention Steps:
6. Active listening is the process of really attempting to hear, acknowledge and understand what a person is saying. It is a genuine attempt to put oneself in the other person’s situation. More than anything, this involves LISTENING! Listening means attending not only to the words the other person is saying but also the underlying emotion, as well as, the accompanying body language.
By simply providing a sounding board and a willing ear, a person’s anger can be dissipated.
7. Acknowledgement occurs when the listener is attempting to sense the emotion underlying the words a person is using and then comments on that emotion. The person may say something like, “You sound really angry right now!” By acknowledging and really trying to understand what the angry person is feeling, that person becomes able to release a lot of the aggression.
8. Agreeing—often when people are angry about something, there is at least 2 % truth in what they are saying. When attempting to diffuse someone’s anger, it is important to find that 2 % of truth and agree with it.
When someone is angry and the listener attempts to reason with the person, his or her efforts will be largely ineffective. When the listener agrees with the 2% of truth in the angry person’s tirade, he or she takes away the resistance and consequently eliminates the fuel for the fire.
9. Apologizing is a good de-escalation skill. I’m not talking about apologizing for an imaginary wrong. I am talking about sincerely apologizing for anything in the situation that was unjust. It’s simply a statement acknowledging that something occurred that wasn’t right or fair.
This can have the effect of letting angry people know that the listener is sincerely sorry for what they are going through and they may cease to direct their anger at the person attempting to help.
10. Inviting criticism is the final of the de-escalation skills. In this instance the listener would simply ask the angry person to voice his or her criticism of the listener or the situation. The person intervening might say something like, “Go ahead. Tell me everything that has you upset. Don’t hold anything back. I want to hear everything you are angry about.”
This invitation will sometimes temporarily intensify the angry emotion but if the listener continues to encourage the person to vent his or her anger and frustration, eventually, the angry person runs out of complaints. Just let the angry person vent until the anger is spent.
Even when using the above ten skills, there may be a rare occasion when the listener is unsuccessful in the attempts to decrease the other person’s anger. The listener’s safety should be the primary concern. The listener should not get between the angry person and his or her only means of escape and shouldn’t allow the angry person to block the listener’s only means of escape.
Anyone intervening in an emotionally charged situation should always have a plan or an established way to get help if needed and remember to always stay calm. An angry person is generally someone capable of getting out of control. When out of control people sense they are intimidating and scaring others, it can increase their sense of power and control, resulting in an escalation of the situation. The helpers must stay calm and act as if they are in control of themselves and the situation.

A colonic cleanse can clear the body of unwanted toxins that have accumulated due to environmental pollution as well as the poor eating habits of our society. Each day industrial poisons enter our bodies and they are not always eliminated. These accumulated poisons can be the source of many different diseases and a colonic cleanse eliminates them before they can become a problem.
Many of these poisons are found in processed foods. They slowly build up in the intestines and create a barrier which prevents the normal absorption of healthy nutrients by the body. This results in lower energy levels and higher risk levels for disease. A colonic cleanse will rid the intestines of this barrier and will result in higher energy levels and a general feeling of well-being.
The colon will let you know when it needs a colonic cleanse. Some of the symptoms of a clogged or dirty colon are such diseases as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), gas, bloating, stomach pain, and chronic fatigue. If you have tried other methods to eliminate these problems and nothing works, then try a colonic cleanse. There’s a very real possibility that a colonic cleanse will eliminate most if not all of these symptoms.
Not only will a colonic cleanse help eliminate the above mentioned symptoms and diseases it will also help eliminate such problems as constipation, parasites, bad breath, headaches, irritability, hemorrhoids, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer, and frequent colds. If this sounds like a miracle drug, it’s not. A colonic cleanse merely allows the body to do what it’s suppose to do, i.e. properly digest and assimilate nutrients from the foods we eat. Without this proper digestion and absorption of food the body can not function correctly. Thus a colonic cleanse aids the body in doing what it is supposed to do.
It is estimated that the average adult human being has between five to forty pounds of waste in their bowels and it is this waste that a colonic cleanse eliminates. There are several ways to go about cleaning the colon one of the ways is through an enema. An enema inserts water or some other liquid through the rectum into the lower bowel. It is effective in eliminating constipation but does not necessarily cleanse the entire colon.
Another and some think more effective way of handling a colonic cleanse is through herbal supplements. A common herbal supplement is psyllium based, and although it will help you empty your bowels it does not necessary clear away any barriers that have built up over time. This is also true of laxatives which can cause dehydration and other problems.
A colonic cleansing diet is yet another way to cleanse the colon. Eliminating sugars, fast foods, and processed foods and adding fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and the healthy oils such as olive oil to your diet will help the intestines process the incoming nutrients and flush away accumulated toxins in the colon.
As you can see, a colonic cleanse is a necessary part of any wellness plan, the only thing you have to do is decide which colonic cleanse is the best one for you.
Lee Dobbins writes for Colon Articles where you can learn more about colonic cleansing and caring for your most vital organ, your colon.

Gearheads like me have trouble understanding that great ideas
and hard work aren’t enough… you gotta shmooze too. Every day
we deal with peculiar life forms called “humans”, and they have
needs beyond the performance of tasks. They like to connect on a
human level, too.
Even non-gearheads need this reminder. Sometimes they are trying
so hard to get the job done, or are just uncertain and
uncomfortable, that they forget to blend this critical element
into their work.
Have you ever been frustrated seeing a back-slapping moron doing
very well in business, while you, the much more capable one, are
struggling? Then these ideas are for you. When working with
customers, vendors or co-workers, try this:
1. Don’t start by diving into the task. Spend a couple sentences
warming up first. A simple “How was your weekend?” followed by
listening to the answer, will start the interaction on a human
level.
2. When you listen, listen also for the emotional tone of the
response and respond to it. Example: if the person is harried,
consider saying, “Hey, you look like you are under a lot of
pressure right now… what can I do to help?” And mean it. And
try to help.
3. Sprinkle the person’s name into your conversation once or
twice. People pay more attention when they hear their name. And
it brings you closer to her.
4. Smile and relax. Putting yourself in a good, balanced
attitude will help her get there too.
5. Don’t take yourself too seriously. Recognize that we are all
imperfect and struggling. Share a bit of your struggle and
recognize theirs. Example: “Wow, I tried so hard to get this
done, but it was really tough. I know you must be having a hard
time with your part of it, too. ”
5. Create alliances as opposed to adversity. In business we are
constantly trying to get someone else to do what we want them to
do. Frame your request against a backdrop of mutual benefit.
Instead of, “I need this…”, try “In order for us to reach our
goal, I can accomplish this if you can do that.”
6. Observe people you consider to be good shmoozers. Note what
behaviors are effective and try to add them to your skill set.
The art here is to still be yourself at the same time. Think of
it as an adjustment to your approach rather than a complete
redo. If you have been a vocal non-golfer, don’t suddenly morph
into Tiger Woods overnight and expect to be taken seriously.
7. Try to gain a clear vision of the difference between who you
are, and what you do. The former is called personality, the
latter is called behavior. Personality is very close to your
core. Behavior is actions which you undertake. Developing
shmoozing skills involves experimentation with your behavior.
But the real beauty of working on your shmoozing is that the
positive responses you will get from others will, in turn, be
gratifying to you. And this response will make you happier and
more successful, which in turn will go right to your core.
What started out as developing a business skill has a real
chance of actually enhancing your life. Is there a reason to
wait?

A golf outsider watches the game. How hard can it be to hit a
stationary ball?. After all, major league baseball players hit
balls traveling high speeds all the time. With that in mind, the
outsider decides to take up the game of golf with the notion
that the game is so relaxing because it requires little effort.
Think again. Most of those people give up on the game before
they really understand the dynamics of hitting that little ball.
It makes sense that an iron club could pelt a little ball
hundreds of yards, yet when the new golfer takes his first swing
there is often little movement at all… sometimes no movement
(or worse, backward movement). There is a lot more to hitting
that little ball than meets the eye.
Human nature is to use the iron to cup it under the ball to hit
the ball up into the air. But look at the club. It is angled
back, not at all designed to cup beneath the ball. So, when a
golfer tries to scoop up the ball, he or she is really trapping
it between the angled face of the club and the ground. That’s
why often times, the ball doesn’t move - or worse, moves
backwards just a little bit. Instead of striving to hit up, it’s
best to learn to hit downward. By hitting down, the angled club
will do the work for you, not the upswing of your club. When you
hit down, the angle will bump your golf ball forward. It’s that
simple. But putting power behind that little punt takes some
practice. You’ll be tempted to swing big and hard. It takes as
much practice to resist that temptation as it does to learn to
hit the ball! Once you have trained yourself against swinging
upward, you will see your hitting start to improve. Now you’ll
begin to understand why there are various golf club options and
choices you have to make when making a shot. You’ll need to pick
your club based on the angle of the club face once you determine
how far you want the ball to go and how you need it to perform.
If you’ve been practicing but still don’t feel like you’ve got
the hang of it, ask for help. Your golf course should have an
attendant on hand who could give you some pointers. Maybe you
could take some private lessons. The course pro shop should have
suggestions for area teachers. Or, try the good, old buddy
method. Ask another golfer you’ve seen play how he or she does
it and if they have any tips for hitting the ball. You may think
you sound silly, but when other golfers start to regale you with
their tales of learning to hit the ball, almost everyone has had
to address that challenge up front. With those tips in mind and
maybe even a few lessons behind you, go back to practicing. Just
as it takes a while to train your mind to think about hitting
downward instead of upward, it takes a while to train your body
to actually do it the way you have in mind. Don’t give up and
remember, the game is all about relaxing so don’t stress too
much over hitting the ball.
