In this article we are explaining the different ways you can purchase
Wholesale Sunglasses. This way you will have a better understanding on
how to go about buying Wholesale Sunglasses.
Buying Wholesale Sunglasses from a
Direct Importer
The best way is to purchase from the direct
importer. You will receive the best price from the direct importer and this
will increase your profit. However in most cases when purchasing from a direct
importer you will be required to purchase in larger quantities.
Buying Wholesale Sunglasses from a
Distributor
The next way would be to buy from the
distributor. This is the person who purchases from the direct importer and then
raises the price a little to sell to you. This is not the most economical way
but is still a good avenue to use if you cannot find a direct importer on your
own.
Sunglass Retailers
Buying sunglasses wholesale from a
retailer would be difficult. Retailers are setup to sell at retail prices.
However in some cases you may possibly be able to buy closeouts from a retailer
at discounted prices.
Finding Sunglass Wholesalers
The easiest way of finding a
wholesaler is doing a Google or Yahoo search on the Internet for “Wholesale
Sunglasses”. You will find many direct importers listed this way. Wholesale
magazines are also a good way to find wholesalers.
Things to look for when finding a
Wholesale Sunglasses supplier
Customer service: Always be aware of
the quality of customer service you are receiving. There are many wholesale
sunglasses companies to buy from so you should find the one that has the quality
of customer service you deserve.
Low prices:
No matter what you
are purchasing you should always shop around for the best price. Of course
price may depend on the quantity you are ordering as well. If you are able to
order in larger quantities you will probably receive a better price. The lower
the price you pay the higher your profit will be.
Good selection:
Make sure that
the company you choose to purchase from has a wide variety of styles and colors
to choose from. Also check to see that they carry displays and accessories as
well.
High quality:
Quality is very
important. So try to find the highest quality at prices you can afford.
Fast shipping:
Try to find a
company that can ship out your orders in a timely matter. Remember that the
sooner you receive the sunglasses the sooner you can turn them into money in
your pocket.

His palms are sweaty and his heart is racing, but he smiles when he sees his cards.
“I can’t lose this one”, he says, with a big grin on his face.
Poker in cyberspace is perfect for anyone not having a poker face.
Johan Eriksson shows me his hand. A full house, queens full of jacks. There are 260 dollars in the pot. Jack from Ohio just folded his hand, but Hans from Norway and Steven from Australia both called Johan’s 20 dollar bet.
He shows me his hand again. “Can’t lose this one”, he says for the second time. A click on the mouse and Johan is 320 dollar richer. He was correct , he couldn’t lose that one.
We are neither in Las Vegas or in Atlantic City , but in a small one bedroom apartment in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The battle is fought on the internet, where cyberspace is lightening up Johan’s computer screen.
The online poker room is called Poker Stars, the server is in Costa Rica somewhere, and the players are from all over the world.
When poker online started at the end of the nineties, it created mixed feelings amongst real time casino poker players.
Some took the view that it would damage real poker games in casinos by tempting regular customers to only play poker online.
Others were fascinated that they could remain at home and play poker (in the underwear) against real people from the whole world.
Online poker was as sent from heaven for those who felt uncomfortable in a casino poker room or had a hard time finding a poker room near to home.
“You have to be careful”, Johan says, in the middle of a new hand. “Internet poker is twice as fast as live poker, so the money comes and goes just as quickly”.
“Damn, he caught an Ace on the river”, Johann shouts. “Lost 30 bucks on that hand. Well, well, easy come, easy go”
Johan started off playing poker at high school, but unlike most of us, didn’t quit playing this great game.
He has since the high school days dreamt of watching the “big boys” play, so he bought himself a plane ticket to Las Vegas at the tender age of 21. In Las Vegas he discovered the poker game of Texas Holdem.
He introduced the game to his poker buddies in Danemark, and the game of Five Card Draw was dead and buried for ever.
Johan just returned from his seventh trip to The Sin City. “It’s the same routine every time”, he says. Straight in to the Hotel Mirage, dumping off the suitcases, and heading straight to the poker room.
He never gambles in the casino. Just plays true poker, and spends the majority of his vacation time playing tournament poker. To him, this is the best holiday any unmarried guy can have.
His goal every time is to win the equivalent of airplane and hotel costs. He has managed that the last four times, but haven’t won a big tournament yet.

Plot points are linear links that make up the chain of traditional Aristotelian 3-act dramatic structure. This classic structure worked well in Hollywood for almost a century now. Although young movie makers are forcing the limits of this structure, plot points still rule the day as the “tent poles” that hold up of the circus of our dreams. Here are plot points of Deep Crimson (1996), as I see them.
Deep Crimson (1996)
Starring: Daniel Gimenez Cacho, Regina Orozco
Directed by: Arturo Ripstein
Writer: Paz Alicia Garciadiego
PROTAGONIST CORAL’S DILEMMA: She makes a pact with the devil just for love and sex with the handsome Nicolas. She’d rather give her own children away and kill other women than face a lonely life on her own.
PROTAGONIST’S DESIRE: To find the man of her dreams and claim him her own.
PROTAGONIST’S OBSTACLE: She has to share her lover with other women that she hates in order to be able to live together with him.
ESTABLISHING SHOT: A messy lower-class bedroom decorated with photos of movie stars. The overweight and horny Coral, who is a nurse and a mortician’s helper, reads a paperback in bed.
INCITING INCIDENT: Coral meets gigolo Nicolas through a personal ad.
PLOT POINT 1: Coral, who gives away her children just to be with Nicolas, discovers that Nicolas is not a sincere lover but a gigolo who skims lonely women like herself.
MID POINT EVENT: Coral and Nicolas, now working together posing as brother and sister, meet a lonely widow at a bar in the boondocks. Jealous Coral kills the widow by mixing rat poison into her drink.
PLOT POINT 2: Nicolas and Coral visit the third widow who answer Nicolas’s personal ad. Nicolas stabs the young widow to death after getting her pregnant.
3rd ACT RESOLUTION: Nicolas and Coral turn themselves in but the cops take them out to a desolate country road and shoot them both.

The Art of Multifunctional Training
People often complain about how they just do not have enough time to spend working out in a gym. It seems every year the lives of many Americans become more hectic and they have less time to devote to bettering their health. As a certified personal trainer I often hear people stating that they just have to spend too much time working out to get the results they desire. They tell me how they have to rush to the gym before or after working out, in some cases change into workout clothes or work clothes, then they have to workout, shower and then rush to work or home to tend to their families. Working out can defiantly be a time consuming process.
However it does not have to be. When a prospective client approaches me and asks how I can help them get a great workout with results, but without the time commitment; I just smile and introduce them to Multifunctional Training. Multifunctional Training, which also consists of many core training components, is the concept of working multiple muscle groups in a single exercise. Multifunctional Training is a great way to work multiple groups, which allows for a shorter workout time, because time is no longer spent working one muscle group at a time. While, single muscle isolation is great for body builders or those who are trying to build or shape a particular muscle most people do not need to spend time isolating a muscle with multiple exercises. With Multifunctional Training you can hit multiple muscle groups in a just a few exercises.
Multifunctional Training is also a great way to build balance and coordination, an especially important aspect of training for athletes. Athletes can gain explosiveness using multifunctional training, increasing the weight as they become more comfortable. Many multifunctional exercises replicate the movements used in a game by many sports. Equipment such as the bosu, stability ball, balance bar, dumbbells, and medicine balls can all be used during multifunctional training. Because a person is performing exercises that target more than one muscle, the core area (abdominal and lower back muscles) are often engaged as well, during multifunctional training. If a person adds an unstable surface such as a bosu, stability ball or foam roller, stabilizer muscles are also engaged which replicates performance in sports by athletes.
An example of a multifunctional workout would be dumbbell flies performed on a stability ball with a crunch motion. In this exercise the chest and deltoid muscles are engaged with the dumbbell flies, as well as the abdominal muscles when performing the crunch. Another example is a squat with an over head press using a medicine ball or dumbbells. Holding the chosen weight close to the chest a squat is performed, then at the top of the motion and overhead is done using the selected weight. This exercise will work all the major leg muscles, the core, as well as the anterior deltoids.
With Multifunctional Training a strength training workout time of normally one to one and a half hour can be reduced to about forty five to thirty minutes. If you wish to learn how to transform your workout into a more effective fat burning and muscle training process with out the time consumption, let a professional help design you a program you can do on your own.

I’m here to teach you about how RSS Feeds can boost traffic for
your website. You may have heard of it, but I guarantee you are
not harnessing the full power of the tool. RSS Feeds are very
hot, and the marketing pro’s are getting their websites listed
in Google within 2 to 3 days.
What is an RSS Feed?
RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.” Think of RSS this
way: Whenever a writer who belongs to a syndicate writes a
column, they don’t just write it for their local paper, every
article goes up on the newswire and any paper who belongs to the
syndicate can reprint it.
First, you have to download an RSS Reader, a program that
combines all the news online in one place. You can download a
reader for free at www.RssReader.com. Once you’ve downloaded a
reader, you can click any topic that suits your need, and only
those topics will be delivered right to you.. Why would I put
RSS on my website?
An RSS feed can be thought of like this. Let’s take five news
sources (Yahoo, MSN, CNN, ESPN, FOX). An RSS reader would scan
all five news sources and take each headline and create a
summary of the article. Now, you can actually sort the news
stories and have only the ones you are interested in delivered
right to your website from all five news sources. Search Engines
are crawling websites and looking for fresh content. If you have
an RSS Feed, you are getting up to the minute news stories.
These constantly change whenever a new story comes out. The
Search Engines will give you a higher Page Rank because it
thinks your page is updated on a regular basis.
How do I add one to my website?
I tried an RSS Feed for the first time, and it took less than
five minutes. Here’s what it looks like:
Bush Celebrates Shuttle’s Launch (AP) NASA sends shuttle back
into space after long pause (Reuters) Shuttle Discovery Blasts
Into Orbit (AP) NASA’s aging workhorse returns to space (AFP)
NASA Returns to Flight as Discovery Reaches Orbit (SPACE.com /
LiveScience.com)
As you can see, this is my very first RSS Feed. All the news
stories within the last hour regarding the shuttle launch are
now listed for me and my visitors to read. Guess what? It took
less than 5 minutes, and I instantly have an RSS Feed. Why do I
need one?
Search Engines are crawling your site and if you are not
providing quality, up to the minute content then you are getting
placed further down the rankings. Your competition who has this
information is getting FREE advertising from the Search Engines
who are placing their page 1st or 2nd when users search for a
particular keyword.
How do I put an RSS Feed on my site?
You can now place an RSS Feed on your website in THREE easy
steps.
* Step 1: Search for topics that you are currently interested in
(use Yahoo).
When you see an orange RSS or XML box like the one above, you
know that article is compatible with a feed. Copy the URL of the
webpage.
* Step 2: Go to http://www.feeddigest.com and paste the URL in
the digest for them to create a two line code for your webpage.
You can also copy and paste the long page of code if you
understand programming.
* Step 3: In Frontpage, Go to Insert - a web component - html
markup and paste the two or three line script that RSS Digest
gave you. Check it out! Your first RSS Feed! Try it yourself
right now, create your first RSS feed in under five minutes,
FREE! The only way you can truly learn about them is for you to
JUMP in FEET FIRST!

Beta Carotene is a carotenoid . Carotenoids are light absorbing pigments
occurring in plants and animals. Beta carotene stores light in plant
leaves during the process of photosynthesis. Found in many plants
including asparagus, apricots, broccoli, carrots, kale, pumpkins, sweet
potatoes and tomatoes; it can easily be added to the diet naturally.
This carotenoid can absorb light wavelengths that evade chlorophyll.
This can help to increase the range of usable light waves during
photosynthesis. It also helps the plant reach for the light unless the
light is too severe then it sends the plant growing into the opposite
direction.
In the human body beta carotene through a series of conversions joins
with opsin, the red pigment of the retina to make rhodopsin which is
necessary for night vision. Rhodopsin is also called visual purple and
it is the substance in the back of the eye that is responsible for the
first steps in light recognition. Beta carotene may also serve as a
cofactor in enzyme systems. These serve the enzyme in its catalyst
functions.
The human body converts every one beta carotene molecule into two
vitamin A molecules which are stored in the liver. People on average
store a two year supply of this vitamin in the body. There are some
vitamins which need to be replenished on a daily basis because they are
not stored in the body. By contrast vitamin A is to be supplemented only
with great caution because of the potential risk of overdose.
Beta Carotene not only helps with night vision, it aids in the treatment
of some eye disorders. It helps to promote bone growth and teeth
development and aids in the reproduction process Beta Carotene helps us
to maintain healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes. It also builds the
body’s resistances to infections, especially respiratory as it is an
antioxidant and helps to remove free moving radicals in the body. Its
thought to help prevent acne, impetigo, boils and open ulcers when
applied to the skin. The symptoms of Beta Carotene deficiency are Night
blindness, inability to create tears, subtle changes in the eyes,
xeroderma, weight loss, poor bone growth, weakened tooth enamel,
diarrhea, acne, insomnia or fatigue.
It will take several months of a Beta Carotene deficient diet before
symptoms will begin to develop so don’t be concerned about a few days
without eating carrots. Also don’t take beta carotene if you are
allergic to Vitamin A. If you are pregnant do not take doses of Vitamin
A larger than the Daily Value as it can cause growth retardation and
urinary tract malformations in the fetus. Similarly don’t take doses
higher than the daily value if you are breastfeeding.
