Do you want to cut your printing costs by up to 50%? There are many ways you can do this. Here are some tips to help you can started.
1. Buy Re-manufactured Cartridges - Purchasing re-manufactured cartridges will generally cost you less than purchasing new cartridges. Re-manufactured cartridges are printer cartridges that have been used at least once and then disassembled, cleaned and had worn parts replaced and refilled. Typically, remanufactured cartridges can save you from 30 to 50 percent off the price of new cartridges, or more.
2. Purchase refilled ink-jet cartridges or self-refill kits. These kits come with all the tools and instructions necessary to refill your own ink or toner cartridge. Purchasing these cartridges saves money and is good for the environment.
3. Buy in Bulk - You can save more money by purchasing printer cartridges in large quantities. You will save a lot more over the already discounted cost on new cartridges. If you frequently do a lot of printing you, can save even more by purchasing recycled or re-manufactured printer cartridges in bulk.
4. Purchase a compatible inkjet cartridge or toner cartridge. These are cartridges made from new parts and manufactured to OEM specifications for you exact printer. If you cannot find a compatible cartridge for your inkjet printer, you may want to consider remanufactured inkjet cartridges.
5. Buy ink and Refill your Cartridges whenever possible - Whether you’re printing documents, photos or web pages, refilling your empty printer cartridges can save you up to 50% compared with buying new. You don’t have to spend a fortune on inkjet cartridges and printing costs.
There are many other ways to save money on printer cartridges, but shopping around before you buy can also make it easier to get the best value. When shopping around for the best prices on printer cartridges, use shopping bots (Froogle, Dealtime), bargain sites, Coupon sites and Auction sites (eBay). Shopping bots are essentially search engines for gathering prices for products from a variety of vendors. They allow you to quickly search for merchandise across a wide variety of sites. They are an effective way to quickly get a feel for the available deals. Bargain or Discount sites get excess merchandise from other retailers and sell the merchandise at bargain prices.

Nobody ever made it to the top overnight. This is an answer that
a person can ask anybody from athletes to some of the most
influential people in the fields of medicine, law or politics.
It takes time to learn it from scratch, form oneís own style
then refine it.
Humans are not perfect. When one decides to pursues something,
mistakes will be made. Setbacks will happen but if the
individual gets up from the ground and learns from it and pushes
on, that person will eventually succeed no matter what that
individual wants to be.
Here are some examples of people who didnít give up;
1. Magicians pursued the dream of becoming one by being
fascinated by how other people did it. Then after watching, the
kids who buy a small magic kit and practice at home. When that
person felt the time was right, this was done in front of an
audience and if that was successful pursued that dream to bigger
heights by investing more to become a world renowned magician
such as David Copperfield.
2. Before playing in the National Basketball Association or the
NBA, this player was cut from the high school basketball team.
Since that person felt that this will not stop the fire inside
of playing the game, this individual practiced more and ended up
playing for varsity in college. This man is known today as Mr.
Shaquille Oí Neal.
3. In the field of science, this man failed in his first attempt
for further education as an electrical engineer. But since this
individual wanted to pursue this, the best way would be to enter
first into a secondary school then transferred to that
university. After 5 years, that person got the degree, received
various awards and is known very well for the contributions in
atomic theory and the creation of the atom bomb. This man is
known as Mr. Albert Einstein.
4. People for centuries have always wanted to reach for the
skies. After making various models that crashed and burned but
still continued to work for that goal, the first airplane
finally took off after more than 3 years of research. This
marvel is something that the Wright brothers are known for to
this very day.
A person does not have to become famous to be successful. One
can also do this at home in making a marriage work. As much as
the person likes to find someone who shares the same interest as
the other individual, that is not always the case. But if we
both are willing to make certain compromises which is reasonable
and fair, a marriage can last a lifetime and not become another
case where a union between two people has once again failed.
Having kids is another challenge. Most parents are very paranoid
especially when taking care of the first child. By being
sensitive to the needs of the baby until the infant has grownup,
that person can become a respectable person in society the
parents can be proud as a living legacy when the parents are
gone.
Some people say two heads are better than one. Since note
everybody has the answers to everything and another person may
have a better idea, one can brainstorm and figure out the
problem together in order to succeed.
Being successful can never be done without the help and support
of family and friends. Getting the assistance of other people
can speed up the process and help one also avoid making
mistakes.
Success begins when a person has a dream. The next step is
committing oneself to the task and not giving up on that vision.
There are times when a person fails then after some refinement
finally succeeds.
Some individuals after that experience reflect on that and
wonder how come this was not done the first time. The best
answer to forget dwelling on it is this, mistakes makes the
person stronger.
This will not be the first or only time that setbacks will
happen and mistakes will be made. If the person believes that
the individual has what it takes to succeed and continues to
press forward, that dream will become a reality.

Nobody, I repeat nobody likes a bridezilla bride. If you feel this feeling taking hold of your higher thinking processes fight it! Fight it will every fiber of your being, if you don’t your friends may never forgive you. I am speaking, from experience of my close friend. She has never been a bride, but often been a bridesmaid. You know what they say; always a bridesmaid, never a bride but I keep my hopes up. But back to the bridezilla thing, it is too easy for the bride to get carried away and wrapped up in all of the planning. And oftentimes if she has a wedding planner she will be inclined to take all of this planners words as gospel. This unfortunately often hurts the bridesmaid’s chances of looking pretty during the ceremony. I don’t know what it is with ugly bridesmaid dresses but they seem to be the popular thing to choose among brides. This is one wedding tradition that does not seem to be in any danger of being lost, like ever.
Be nice to your bridesmaids, they are there to support you on your special day, they don’t deserve to have to wear ugly plum wedding dresses. Sorry that plum dress thing was a flashback. Let your bridesmaids wear a pretty color like soft pink or blue, perhaps even a gorgeous red or green, for the love of all that’s holy, anything but plum! Just kidding plum bridesmaid dresses can actually look quite flattering on many women and this color does go extremely well with all of the flower arrangements that will be decorating the reception hall and the altar. Choosing the color of your bridesmaid dresses is one of the most important decisions that you will make about your wedding. These dresses will be highlighting your fabulous wedding gown and that is why it is so important that you choose the right color. You need the bridesmaid dresses to match your gown but yet not look like it at all. This is where things can get tricky. See, you need the dresses to compliment each other while being a completely different color and style. How on earth?!? Sounds impossible right? It isn’t though, it can be done easily. Just ask for some help at the boutique from which you are purchasing your wedding gown. They should know all of the best tips and tricks.
Again I am going to admonish you to be kind to your bridesmaids. Let them have at least some say in the bridesmaid dresses, they are paying for them and they have to wear them, it is the least that you can do. It really is. Consider what colors would go best with their particular skin tones. Your bridesmaids do not have to wear all the same color although this is the most common practice. One of the best ideas is to have all of the bridesmaid dresses the same color but have the styles vary slightly. This way each bridesmaid will have her own individual bridesmaid dress. They do not have to be too different, just different enough that it showcases and highlights her own unique curves and attributes. This my dear, dear bride is the kind thing to do. And this way the bridesmaids might even get to wear their expensive dresses again someday. Bonus! Wow small things like this matter a lot and you got to learn a lot about the things that make your wedding a memorable day not just for you but for everyone around you.
The best resource for knowing everything about weddings right from dresses to wedding rings you should visit the following website http://www.weddings-online.com/ This article was coauthored by my friend TP. There are some good resources for wedding decorations and about honeymoon destinations in the website making a good read about weddings.

You meet important job search contacts every day. The people you meet when you complete routine tasks, such as shopping or taking your children to the local ball field, may know the person you want to meet or they may have friends or family working in the industry you are targeting. Plan to use the first 30 seconds of every initial face to face meeting to deliver a brief “infomercial”. Start with a smile and make eye contact before you deliver the introduction you have prepared.
Don’t worry about looking too pushy. People generally like to talk about their jobs and most are more than willing to provide assistance to folks looking for opportunities in their field. In addition, since employers tend to hire qualified people that are recommended by their employees, by using this opportunity to advance your career, you have also provided an occasion for the person you are meeting to gain recognition in their workplace.
Prepare a 15-30 second sound bite that highlights your uniqueness in a pleasant, but persuasive, manner. You will grab the attention of more listeners when you prepare your introduction based on the question “What’s In It for me?” from the perspective of potential employers. For example, what have you done to improve revenues, increase production, or reduce costs at your present or past jobs, or through your association with any volunteer or leisure-related organizations?
Be concise, but make the first minute count by offering information that you have determined will interest the person you are meeting. Think of the benefits you offer your clients, customers, coworkers, and supervisor. If you are not sure, ask them, you will discover that they rightfully value actions that you take for granted.
A script is an extremely helpful tool to use when you are making calls, meeting peers at an industry tradeshow, or preparing for an interview. Verbal profile statements should communicate three key pieces of information: your name, your area of expertise and related accomplishments. For example, I am OCCUPATION NAME OR JOB TITLE who is interested in finding employment with companies that specialize in SPECIFY. Having worked (or studied) for COMPANY OR SCHOOL NAME the past NUMBER of years, I have expertise in TWO OR THREE KEY AREAS.
Cold calling can be effective, but taking time to contact the people in your existing network may be less intimidating and can bring about the same results. Practice your speech with friends and family, or record it on your answering machine, and listen to it.
Plan to practice your introduction the next time you meet a new contact. Then, plan to tweak sections that you found too chatty or sentences that did not flow. In time, you will find using your power introduction effortless and the associated rewards beneficial as you manage your career advancement.

For every article I find interesting and useful, I never fail to share them with you. I firmly believe that quality articles deserve to be retold. One particular article I would be sharing with you today is about an author’s experience as an entrepreneur.
You read many success stories from the Internet, but the genuine ones are always about helping you become successful without asking anything in return. And this is exactly what Willie Crawford’s success story is about.
Mr. Crawford shares how he has carved a niche for himself as an entrepreneur by being observant of his customers’ needs and wants. I agree with him when he pointed out that it is much better to do what your customers ask or request than asking them what they want. As Crawford said, hearing the needs directly from your customers is far better and more accurate than the “usual tip” of asking what they want.
From this point, Crawford’s further business plans ultimately are based on listening to his customers. However, his success story is not that simply achieved. Of course, his business also took time to develop and become a successful one.
What I mostly observe on successful entrepreneurs is that they all have the patience to wait for their business to grow. Whether you are establishing an offline or an online business, you should remember that hard work and patience should be included.
With as much as people’s needs are very basic, the techniques of nurturing these needs are no more than the basic things, too. And this is another point Crawford shared in his article. Sometimes, we think big things—- on how we should market our business— that too often, we neglect to see that in business, all that is needed is to listen. When people are pleased with what you do and what you sell, do not just stop by being flattered. These intances actually tell you something. Something that is very important to your customers and is crucial to your success. By being observant with these “instances”, you will be able to focus more on your niche.
Here is an excerpt from Crawford’s article:
Over the years, I tried to sell those site visitors,
and list members, a variety of different backend
products, but nothing sold as well as my cookbook.
For the last six years, list members have regularly
told me what my next few products should be, but I
wasn’t really listening. List members regularly
emailed me saying that they loved my recipes, but
that they were on restricted diets. They often
asked if I had diabetic, low-fat or low-carb recipes.
They also often wrote to tell me that they’d been
diagnosed with high blood pressure, and asked if I
had any recipes for people with hypertension.
So the lesson for the day: “Do not play dumb when it comes to your customers’ needs.” Be willing to take all their suggestions. If you are going to ignore them, then you are missing the whole essence of your business. Your success does not only depend on what you think is best for your business, but it also depends on your target market. Your customers have all the potential to see your business’s productivity. Thus, be able to lend your ears to them and you would likely become successful.

The guitar is one of the most familiar and common instruments the world over. It is descended from other stringed instruments that were common in Greece, in India, in Mexico and in Africa - in fact, throughout the known world. It’s descended from such instruments as the sitar, said to be sacred to the Hindo goddess Saraswati, and the lute, which Greek mythology claims was invented by the god Apollo himself.
It’s no wonder that the guitar has a history of association with the divine. The range and styles of music that can be played on the classic stringed instrument is incredible.
From the intricate fire and beauty of classical Spanish and flamenco guitar to the down-home country sounds of good finger-pickin’, the guitar is a versatile and beautiful instrument.
Modern-day guitars have a hollow or solid body, a neck with frets, and a tuning mechanism that is called the machine head. They may be acoustic, or electric, and are one of the most popular instruments in the world.
Guitar bodies for acoustic guitars are made of wood, often spruce, red cedar or maple. The face of the guitar, or top, is one of the most important factors in its sound quality.
It is carefully engineered to a precise thickness, and braced by a variety of materials.
The most important piece of the guitar is the face, or top.
Its composition, shape and engineering will determine the final sound of the guitar. The back and sides also make a difference, but not so much, and often, luthiers will choose the wood for the sides and back with an eye to appearance rather than sound quality.
Electric guitars are solid, though they are rarely made of a single solid piece of wood. Instead, most are created of many layers of different kinds of wood laminated together.
This gives the guitar both strength and sound quality that wouldn’t be possible in a single piece of wood. Often, the electric guitar is made of a ‘good sounding’ wood like ash or poplar, with a laminated top of a more attractive wood for appearance.
It’s hard to believe that the same instrument is capable of creating such wide and varied styles of music. It’s even harder to believe that only a few hundred years ago, the guitar was considered the instrument of peasants, lesser than the noble violin and organ. It was considered so much lesser that across the United States, older generations boycotted Catholic churches that used guitars to celebrate faith in folk Masses.
Nowhere else will you find the variety of guitars that you find in a typical Mexican mariachi band. A typical mariachi band will include at least three kinds of guitar - a classical guitar, a vihuela and a guitarron, a large guitar that is nearly the size of a cello.
Mastering the guitar, however, takes years of practice. The difference between a three-chord strummed song and the intricate finger picking and speed of a flamenco guitarist is unmistakable.
From divine beginnings, though its history as the music of peasants to its elevation again as the king of instruments, the guitar has been a beloved instrument of people the world over. If you choose to learn only one instrument, the guitar is the perfect choice.

A living trust has many advantages over a simple will or testamentary trust (trust after death). The first advantage is that it keeps the IRS even further out of the process than does either a will or trust that becomes effective after death. The second is that, unlike a testamentary trust, a living trust is not continually supervised by the court. And finally, a living trust is far less likely to be challenged, because creating a trust while you are alive makes contests over what you intended easy to resolve (you are still there to make your wishes known). It is less likely that a relative will come forward and say that they think you are insane or incompetent, while you are still around to challenge the assertion. As instruments go, the living trust has a great deal to offer.
The only downside of the living trust may be that your would-be-heirs (provided you had a will) know what you are giving them. Those who are being extra nice just in case they might get something, and for that reason alone, may stop visiting as often, although that may be a blessing in disguise. That is the great thing about a will — people only know what you think of them after you’re beyond hearing complaints and insults. However, trusts are by most accounts still vastly superior.
Elements of a trust:
• A trust is easy to form and it is a trust’s minimal requirement that makes it such a flexible instrument for asset transfer.
• A trust is created when the settlor (a term denoting the creator of the trust) places property into the care of another person or group (called the trustee) for the benefit of a third party beneficiary.
• The property used to create the trust is traditionally used to generate income for the beneficiary.
• One rule is that the settlor (the creator of the trust) cannot be the sole beneficiary of the trust. This means that you can’t create a trust by placing assets into the care of another person or group solely for your own benefit, but it is okay if you benefit too.
So, unlike a will, you can use a trust to create income for yourself before you die and build your would-be-heirs into the trust as well. The only real problem this creates is that the other beneficiaries (your heirs) may have rights to the trust before you have passed. However, the instrument is flexible enough to allow for a great deal of control over this aspect of the trust, such that if you wish to create a trust whose other beneficiaries’ rights grow greater upon your passing, that is easy to do. This definitely makes a trust something to explore with your lawyer when you do your estate planning.
For example: The creation of a trust begins when you put your assets into the care of a third party, like a bank or an estate planning attorney or a trusted relative or friend. Your attorney may be able to structure the trust so that you get the vast majority of the benefit and allocate a very small portion of the benefits to the other beneficiaries. Your attorney should be able to design the trust so that, upon your passing, your share of the benefits goes to the other beneficiaries in the amounts you see fit.
By bringing your beneficiaries into the trust before your passing you will have greater control over their ability to contest what happens after you are gone. You will also insulate your assets from taxation schemes that affect wills, but do not have any effect on trusts. In most cases the trust is by far the better option for estate planning and you should seriously consider asking your attorney to explain it as an option.

When I was a lad, some 25 years ago, the Insurance Company called to your door every month to collect your life insurance premium. My recollection is of a drab suited man having to run the gauntlet of neighbourhood dogs rather like the postman.
Then through the eighties more and more people found their wages being deposited directly into hastily set up bank accounts; this led to the standing order for paying all sorts of regular bills including insurances and heralded the demise of the door to door representative. An economy quickly realised by big insurance companies in the UK.
Then during the nineties big firms latched on to the idea of “direct” which is a handy abbreviation for cutting out the middle man. Just watch tv or listen to the radio toady and you are sure to observe this direct and that direct. The purpose of this in the world of insurance is to cut out the traditional high street broker and the percentage paid to them wherever possible.
The advent of the Internet and its increasing usage in most homes up and down Britain has accelerated the “direct” phenomenon. The big boys have quickly realised that websites are cheap to build and in addition there is a small army of privately owned websites on the World Wild Web that are more than happy to promote their insurance products for a commission – this commission usually being a lot less than a typical shop front broker is currently paid.
This all sounds very good………for the PLC that is. From the consumer’s point of view the casualty in all this is usually the level and quality of service. It’s fine when you are arranging your policy on the phone or on the net and you can even have the privilege of paying there and then by credit card. What will the “direct” experience be like when it comes to making ac claim? Just how “direct” is a call-centre located in India?
While you the consumer are no doubt seeing some of the savings by skipping the broker don’t think for one minute that all the savings are being passed on.
So in ten years time will the high street broker be a thing of the past?

As a Young Professional (YP) in the up-and-coming city of Milwaukee, WI, I can tell you that it’s very important to find a way to get connected in your city. It’s important because in order to make a difference, you need to know who those difference makers are. To influence, you must know who holds the influence. Remember, there is influence in numbers, so you’ll need to get connected with others that are like you. YP groups are sprouting up all over the country, none better than Milwaukee’s own Young Professionals of Milwaukee (YPM).
I am an active member of YPM, and I can tell you that the biggest reason for our success is we offer something for everyone, and we are inclusive rather than exclusive. This is especially vital if you’re looking to build a diverse group of like-minded individuals. We offer social events, cultural events at the art museum, independent film screenings, cafe style discussions about important issues facing YPs, opportunities to get involved with non-profits and behind-the-scenes looks at things nobody else has access to. So no matter what your interest, if you want to make a difference, YPM is a group that can help you get connected to the right people, not only people your own age but politicians and other high-ranking city officials who want to attract and retain top talent.
So now you know why a YP would want to connect with a group of like-minded individuals, but what happens if you don’t have an organization like this in your town? Well for starters, talk to others at your place of business your age and mentality and see if they’re interested in getting together after work. Touch bases with a few others you know at church, at the library, or elsewhere in your inner circle, and you’ll quickly be able to grow to 30-50 individuals. Spend some time with the senior members of your company and show them the value in these groups, as evidenced by the Hot Jobs - Cool Communities reports Next Generation Consulting puts out every year, or buy an influential leader a copy of Richard Florida’s great book The Rise of the Creative Class, after reading it yourself, of course. Partner with your local chamber of commerce if at all possible, or see if a few companies are willing to offer some funding for at least a few years until you can become self-sustaining. If you can demonstrate an ROI, chances are you can sell the idea to upper management.
Associates are less likely to leave where they feel connected and engaged, and connecting and engaging your associates with other like-minded individuals is the easiest way to keep them around. Additionally, these associates are more likely to get involved in the community they live and will make your company look good by doing good around town.
In conclusion, connections are good for the associate, good for the company, and good for the community, which is ultimately good for the dollars and cents on the bottom line. With a little luck, you might start something great and turn your city into the next Milwaukee, a great city by a great lake!
Phil Gerbyshak leads a team of people as manager of an IT Help Desk in Milwaukee, WI, and finds that sharing his knowledge is a crucial component for success as a leader and as a person.
