Use As You Want Unsecured Cash Loans

Filed under: Cash Advance Resources — admin @ 11:54 pm

The most important thing in this world is money more specifically cash. Most people look to have it but not all of them can have it or at least the amount that is desired by them. If you find yourself in the same category with a need for cash but with no other alternative then the best option for you would be that of unsecured cash loans.

Unsecured loans are loans which are offered who are in need for cash either for a short term or long term need.

Unsecured cash loans are offered to people who do not have anything to offer as collateral to the buyer, people like tenants or who do not want to put any of their assets as a security to the creditor, people who are homeowners or businessmen with properties. So unsecured cash loans are available to every body.

Unsecured cash loans are also available for both short term and also the long term needs. The amount that one can borrow varies depending upon for what time it is borrowed. Same is the case with interest rates also with interest rates slightly higher in short term borrowings where the borrower tries to maximize his earnings. The average interest rate in unsecured cash loans is around 11.90% with the option of borrowing up to £25000.

To apply for the unsecured cash loans a borrower has to go online and fill in his details in the forms that are there on the creditor’s website. These days the loan is approved relatively quickly.

Bad credit history is not that bigger problem in these loans. Loans are made available to these people as well though at a slightly higher rate of interest because of credit problems. In fact it allows the people to improve on their credit rating by following the repayment schedule.

Benefits of going for unsecured cash loans are:
Available to everybody.
No problem of collaterals
Advantageous to people with bad credit
Available for both short and long term
Can be used for any purpose

Before we go in for unsecured cash loans the borrowers must fulfill the following criterion.

Borrower should be a UK resident
Borrower should be minimum 18 years of age
Should have an active current bank account for at least 3 months

If the entire criterion is fulfilled then the borrower can take unsecured cash loans easily. With this loan borrower can achieve his goal or for whichever thing the loan has been taken. Unsecured cash loans are the ideal solution for many of the people’s problems.

Develop An Income From Affiliate Programs

Filed under: Marketing + Selling — admin @ 11:41 am

Whenyou’re trying to develop an income from affiliate programs, don’t fall into the trap of only promoting information products or
tools aimed at Internet marketers.

Many people, even those who have been in the game a long time, get stuck in this niche and never leave it. They forget that there’s a whole wide world of buyers out there just waiting to be sold to.

I guess it’s natural for many people to start off selling marketing ebooks, member only sites, and related products. After all, it’s what they’re interested in so they tend to think everyone else is. But really they’re playing in a very small arena.

Another reason is that these products are pushed into their faces all the time…in newsletters like mine :-)

People also tend to promote products in the very narrow Internet marketing niche because they generally pay a much higher affiliate percentage, often 50%.

All well and good, but we’re all selling to each other and competition is fierce.

I hate using that clichéd expression “think outside the box” so I won’t.

But what you need to do is take a good look around the net. Study what people are buying.

Remember how in last weeks newsletter, and in the week before’s I talked about building 2 mini sites a week… saying that if they all only made $50 a week after a year you’d end up with a weekly income of over $5000?

http://www.ozemedia.com/newsletters/issue271.htm

http://www.ozemedia.com/newsletters/issue270.htm

Well the health related mini site I built just over 2 weeks ago has really taken off, and last week it grossed $5695 paying me $348 in commissions. See screenshot.

It’s doing well because:

Competition for sales is fairly low in this niche. (you’ll find that nearly EVERY niche has lower competition that the overcrowded marketing niche.)

It’s a tangible product that people spend big sums on.

Health is a huge industry…most of us want to live to old age. I’m nearly there :-) We’re an aging society so demand in this field will keep growing.

Now $348 is nothing startling, and I expect this to grow as the site does better in the search engines. But my total costs have been under nine dollars for the domain name, and around $25 on Google
Adwords.

I can’t really take hosting costs into consideration because I pay just $29 a month to host up to 200 sites

The money spent on Google Adwords will not be ongoing. The way I currently work is to list a site with one or two of the pay-per-clicks until they take off in the no fee search engines. See Allan Gardyne’s Pay Per Click Search Engines site for advice on using them

The downside, if it can be called a downside, is that commissions are usually much lower in this and other niches.

But that’s got to be balanced against the fact that there are a lot more potential buyers in this (and numerous other) fields, and that people often spend bigger sums.

So even if you only make 3 to 8 percent on sales of big item products it can soon add up.

The aforementioned Allan Gardyne, who does VERY well marketing to marketers, is someone who really understands the importance of targeting other areas.

Take a look, for instance, at this site his assistant Rupert built using Site Build It.

It’s making around $1000 a month in affiliate income but the affiliate program the site is linked to, Tiger Direct, only pays 3 percent.

So as usual I’ve taken a long time to get around to the point of all this, which is you’ve GOT TO look at expanding into other niches.

Tip 1:

Look at using Nichefinder to help you locate profitable niches to build sites around.

Tip 2:

Wordtracker is another very useful tool. I’ve got an annual account I use several times a week

Tip 3:

Read my book Mini Site Profits to see how I’m doing it.

Tip 5:

If you want to build a text based site like Allan’s, which ranks very high in the search engines, and you’re not comfortable doing it all on your own use Site Build It.

2. Value Exchange.

And while we’re talking of Ken Evoy’s Site Build It, he’s just released a new free service which helps you find exchange links for your sites.

By entering your site details it registers your site (which doesn’t have to be a Site Build It one) as a site that is willing to exchange links with other sites that have a similar theme/topic content (the engines weight a link less heavily if the linking site is not of a similar nature to yours)

It also searches for similar sites, ones with topical content that relates to yours.

Like I said, it’s a free service, so make use of it.

5 Tips on Turning a Negative into a Positive

Filed under: Misc Infos — admin @ 11:28 am

I thought this was fitting sense I just experienced a huge negative in my life and choose to focus on the positive in the situation. For instance, when I was unable to sign into this program to get to my list of subscribers, I could have taken it in the real negative manner and given up. But instead, I choose to see the positive. And, because I choose to see the positive, I was able to think clearer and was able to enter into my subscription base on another level. But, because of this
negative experience, I have decided to take it as a sign for me to move on to something better, where I have more control over my newsletter.

So, I’ve decided to share 5 tips that will help you focus on the positive in a negative situation.

Tip #1. Don’t look for the negative when it isn’t present. A lot of us always enter a situation “looking” for the negative. Woman–this is for you. Ever entered into a relationship with the belief that “all men are dogs?” So, you half expect your partner/spouse to cheat on you because you have the belief, that all men are dogs. Even though there is no evidence of him cheating, you search his pockets for phone numbers, follow him in an unmarked cars to see what he is doing when he claims to
be out with “the boyz.”

Or, you might hear there is going to be lay-offs on your job. You automatically believe that you are on the list of “pink slips.” You spend your day, watching your boss out the corner of your eye. S/he goes behind closed doors and you are convinced they are plotting to get rid of you.

Or, you walk in a room of your “friends” and they stop talking. You automatically assume they were talking about you, because why else would they stop talking.

STOP! Don’t look for the negative when it isn’t a definite fact, because when you seek the negative, you often find it more than not.

Tip #2. Look for the positive. No matter what the situation is, there is always a negative and a positive side of it. Sometimes, the positive may not be easy to see right off the bat, but if you look deep enough it is there.

Let’s say, for instance, you are terminated from your job. At first glance, there may not be anything positive you can see in this. But, was this job the best job you’ve ever had. Was this job “your purposeful career?” Most likely not. Because, generally, when you are working on a career that supports your purpose, you will be so good at it, that you will never be terminated.

So, since the job wasn’t “the be all to end all” look on the positive side. This is an opportunity for you to find your purpose, an opportunity to make more money, a job closer to your home, a job that gets you excited. Now, due to your termination from that other job, you have your days free to spend time focused on creating the best life of your life.

Tip #3. Stop negative thoughts in their tracks. Whenever you hear yourself “thinking” a negative thought–STOP and replace it with a positive thought. Instead of saying to yourself, “I’m no good at this.” Stop yourself and say, “I am getting better, each and every day.”

Tip #4. Change the company you keep. If you find that most of your friends are negative people, find new friends. Birds of a feather flock together. So, if, right now, you are a negative person, chances are most of your friends will be negative too. If you find most of your conversations are gossiping about others, kicking other people’s back’s in, looking and discussing the negative about every subject, not sharing
in the happiness and good fortune of others, then change your friends.

Have you ever noticed that when you hear of someone that you know who is doing good, you automatically look for the negative? “Girl, did you hear that so-and-so just bought a million dollar home out there in Short Hills?” “Oh, yeah, what does her husband do? He’s probably a drug dealer or something?” Or if you hear that so-and-so got a promotion and is now
making $350,000 a year. The first thing you say is, “I know she slept her way to the top. She was as dumb as a box of rocks when we were in school.” Then, you are a negative person and need to find new friends. Because if you and your friends are positive people, these thoughts would never come up in your conversations.

Tip #5. Pray. Pray to God to remove the negative thinking from your life. Pray that you always see the positive in every situation. Pray that you become more positive each and every day. Then, thank God, in advance, for taking away your negative thinking. Thank Him for the positive that is entering into your life. Thank God for the flow of posiitive things that is happening for you. Thank God for the goodness and positive things that happen to others as well.

Now, make the decision to be a positive person and work at it each and every day, until it becomes so much of a habit, that you won’t even have to think about it again.

Blogging will Soon Take Over the World

Filed under: Blogging Stuff — admin @ 7:53 am

In recent years, it’s been pretty obvious that “blogging” (Web + Log = Blog) has simply taken over the internet.

Early blogs were first used by creative (bored?) indivuals, and larger news companies. http://info.cern.ch/ was one of the earliest blogs, followed by NCSA’s “Whats New” and also NetScapes “Whats New” blog. After this point the blogging scene exploded.

What exactly is blogging? Many consider blogging in it’s truest form a type of internet diary. In it’s most pure and basic form its simply a single, scrolling webpages with a few links on the side, and an archive table, and larger, prominent updates in the center of the pages. Users usually post small excerpts about daily life, recent events, or news.

Creative writers often attract groups of people, who will pursue and follow that blog, often posting comments on updates. Some writers write outrageous, offensive things that also attract readers. Some people write about personal experiences, and some just flat out write whatever they want!

RSS, (really simple syndication) also started directly because of blogs. Rather than visit an indivual site over and over again to read the updates and posts, coders started using xml to enable these updates to be available anywhere in the world. In response, RSS has created a whole new chapter in the SEO world, all because of blogging.

Many people have begun to weave affiliate links and even sell there own products through their blogs, relying on their dedicated readerbase to generate huge conversion rates. Programs like WordPress can generate ENTIRE web sites simply by advanced forms of blogging. One of my own sites, www.emoneyreport.com utilizes this program. Instead of bloggin real life experiences, we blog our article updates and program reviews. Very nifty!

Even major search engines are taking part in the blog scene. Most noticably, Google, purchased the site www.blogger.com. Now google controls the largest, most successful blogging site to date! Google indexes and spiders every post created on this site, EVERY day. It’s common practice to create a blog, write small posts and link to your own site through the blog, and doing this you can get spidered and indexed within a day!

We have to ask ourselves, whats next for blogging? Will blogging become the next form of linking? Who knows? All I know for sure is that I like what blogging has become, and that it allows my site to generate income for hundreds of people all over the internet.

Running for Beginners: The Benefits of Water Aerobic Exercise

Filed under: School of Sports — admin @ 3:59 am

As beginning runners (or any runners for that matter!), we often tend to stick to the one thing we know: Running.

And at Ordinary Runner (http://www.ordinaryrunner.com/) we certainly believe EVERYONE should be a runner!

However, running does give us quite a pounding on our legs! Our joints and muscles are repeatedly shocked throughout the course of a run… And the more intense the run, the more pounding they take!

Cross training a day or two a week can work wonders!

What is cross training, you ask?

It basically means that you “cross over” for a day into another aerobic exercise area, instead of only running, in order to help prevent injury. (Or to recover after an injury!)

Don’t get me wrong! Running, as we’ve stated before, is NUMERO UNO as far as aerobic exercises go! Nothing gets your heart rate going like a good run!

But running does give you a good pounding!

So lots and lots of runners take a day or two a week and cross train.

For cross training, you want to do another activity that elevates your heart rate, but doesn’t pound you quite as much as running.

This gives your muscles and joints a rest, while keeping your heart going!

Cross training has some great benefits:

1) Gives joints, bones, and muscles a much needed rest, making them fresher for your next run.

2) Still increases your heart rate, so you still get a good aerobic workout even on the days you don’t run.

3) Breaks the routine. (I mean, we love running, but sometimes it’s just nice to do something else!)

So, what kinds of cross training are there?

There’s riding a bike… But cycling can be expensive!

There are treadmills and elliptical machines at the gym… But the gym can be expensive, too, and one of the reasons we are runners is because we like the price!

Water Running

My recommended cross training activity is water running. It does take a one-time investment in an aqua jogger shoes or gloves (around $15-20) or an aqua jogging vest or belt (a $45-55 cost), but after that, you’re good to go!

Just get in the deep water at your nearest pool, and run in the water. (It takes a little getting used to, but it’s really very simple. In no time, you’ll be water running with the best of ‘em!

The health benefit of water running is big!

When you do your water running, your heart rate still gets up there (so you get the aerobic benefit), but your muscles get a rest from the pounding for a day.

So it’s a perfect cross-training activity.

And just by doing water running, you’re helping yourself prevent injury!

And if you’re already injured (Let’s hope not! But occasionally it does happen!), water running is perfect for keeping your aerobic fitness up while your injury heals.

So, take some good advice on running for beginners! For all of you who love running and want to keep doing it for years…

… Water aerobic exercise, in the form of water running, is a great way to cross train and save your legs!

You’ll be saving some of the miles in your legs for another day!
